This is an introduction to the simplified molds from Technomart. We use high-strength aluminum material to manufacture the insert (product shape) part, and since we share the mold base, we achieve low costs. Additionally, we operate on a 24-hour basis, which allows us to average delivery times to be one-third of the usual. We determine the mold structure according to the customer's requirements. For larger quantities, we propose a sliding mechanism, while for smaller quantities, we suggest using fixed inserts.
